A. Guests coming from within TW

1. The regular deposit is NT$ 1,000; holiday reservations require full prepayment. Before remittance, please confirm the duration of your stay and arrival date, number of guests, and room type. Thank you.
2. Please remit to Post Office account number (700)004180-800-73444.
3. Once the deposit has been remitted, please call or leave a message including the final 5 digits of your account number for further confirmation. Thank you.

B. Guests coming from overseas

1. Foreign travellers please write email rhouse1688@gmail.com to check of availability.
(Questions are welcome!)
2. After confirmation, please pay via PayPal(will email account link to you), and also provide following info:
Arrival/ Departure Date, Number of Guests,
Room Type, Contact Email/ Phone number .
(Max. 4 people per room)
3. For security reason, please present passport when check-in, and enjoy your TW premium stay.

【Accommodation Regulations】

1. Check In Time: 15h30-18h00 (Late arrival please notify in advance.)
2. Check Out Time: 12 noon.
3. Cancellation: Excluding some natural disaster, in the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Passport must be presented for check-in.
5. Appointed parking lot, only NT$200 per day, unlimited entry & exit.
6. Extra bed available in every room, max capacity is 4 guests. (Exclude Vermont )
7. Standard capacity is 2 guests. Extra guest will be charged NT$500, for 1 person, NT$700 for 2 persons, toiletries kit included.
8. Special room rate for special holidays, New Year, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, etc. will be announced separately.

◎ Cancellation: Must notice before 10 days of check-in date, otherwise deposit is charged.

◎住房時間：下午15:30~18:00(晚到旅人請先告知)
◎退房時間：隔日中午12:00以前 (大樓進出有晶片管制 / 安全請放心)
◎取消訂房：訂房日前10天提出 扣除轉帳手續費其他退回 逾時恕無法退還 !!
◎為確保顧客權益，住房當日，請務必攜帶身分證明文件以便入住登記。
◎有特約停車場，全日24小時只要NT$200元，不限次數自由進出 。
◎每房均可加床，每房最多住四人。(佛蒙特除外)
◎加床者，一人加收NT$500，兩人為NT$700，含盥洗用具。
